Our team behind the interim management business

Thorsten Becker

As the founder and managing director of the Management Angels, he is primarily responsible for Key Accounting and Business Development. He studied Business Administration at the Frankfurt Goethe University, the University of Limerick/Ireland, the ESCP/Paris and the Handelshochschule Leipzig (HHL). He started his career at A.T. Kearney, General Electric and Jones Lang LaSalle. Subsequently he worked as an international consultant in the corporate Development & Controlling department with Bertelsmann in Munich. Before founding the Management Angels he managed the Product Development department of the B2B company Mondus.

Tilo Ferrari

Tilo Ferrari is our Branch Manager and Attorney in Frankfurt am Main. His excellent background in the telecommunication and IT industry predistinates him as a specialist for our clients in this sectors. Tilo Ferrari also got a large experience in media company. He worked for example with Bertelsmann, and as a senior consultant with A.T. Kearney. In his youngest position he was director within the Deutsche Telekom AG. Tilo Ferrari studied  computer sciences and international business in Germany, USA Japan.

Björn Bandemer

Björn Bandemer is working as an Associate and is responsible for the acquisition and support of our Key Accounts, focusing on Telecommunications, Automotive and New Media. He studied Business Administration at the University of Trier and the Business Academy of Schleswig-Holstein. During his professional experience he worked in the Marketing and Sales department with the Maritim Hotel Group and as Customer Relationship Manager with the Deutsche Telekom AG. Before joining the Management Angels he used to work as a freelance Human Resources and Management Consultant for mobile-marketing and internet-payment projects. He now concentrates on topics such as coaching and start-up consulting. Björn Bandemer is married and has one daughter.

Daniel Müller

Daniel Müller focuses on Pharmaceutical and Health Service companies. He studied political science and social & economic history as well as public law at the University of Hamburg. During his studies he already worked as a consultant for different Human Resources consultancies. He primarily dealt with placing executives. Since 2005 he has been working with the Management Angels. He is responsible for the admission of new managers to our pool.

Erdwig Holste

Since 2007 he has been working with the Management Resources team. As a Senior Consultant his focus is on clients from the energy sector and the traditional industry. He is also responsible for the Management Angels newsletter and blog. Erdwig Holste completed his studies of history, politics and philosophy at the Humbold University of Berlin and the University of Hamburg in summer of 2006. During the course of his studies he founded his own tourism-company in Berlin, operatively supported a marketing project (Lancia) and additionally he was an assistant teacher for more than three years at the University of Hamburg. After finishing his studies he attended a management workshop with a focus on Human Resources Management in Kiel (SWA) and gained professional experiences in the areas of Consulting (regenerative energies), PR (Dr. Mignat PR) and Trend Research (Trendbüro Hamburg). He is married and has two children.

Constanze Hollatz

Since January 2008 Constanze Hollatz extends the team in Management Resources. She studied economics at the University of Bremen and is highly focused on Innovation Management, Medium-sized Businesses and International Management. Constanze gained professional experience in the assurance (HDI) and food industry (Kraft Foods). In diverse projects she could improve her experiences in Customer Relationship Management.

Nils Eikermann

Nils Eikermann has been working with the Management Angels since 2004 as a Key Account Manager. His focus is on consumer goods and logistics. He got diplomas in International Management and Marketing at the University of Bremen and Universidad de Valencia in Spain. Nils Eikermann has collected his expertise in almost 10-years of work for companies in Germany, Spain and the USA and several years in national and international Business Development Management.

Sylvaine Mody

Sylvaine Mody's clients are Software and Medical Technology companies. Furthermore she is responsible for marketing and PR. She studied political sciences and business administration at the University of Rennes (IEP)/France. Her career started with Compaq Computer EMEA B.V in Munich. Later on she contributed to set up an internet start-up company by leading the HR department. She has been working for the Management Angels since Mai 2001. Since 2003 she‘s been an associate of the company. Sylvaine Mody is married and has three children.

Sabrina Brodka

Since the beginning of 2008 Sabrina Brodka has been supporting the Management Angels as Operations in Key Account Management, Management Resources and Marketing. Her studies of economics and German were highly focused on marketing & advertising language. Throughout this period she was able to gain practical experience in the fields of the retail industry and tourism. After having successfully completed her diploma, she completed voluntary service in the fields of corporate identity, market conception, recruiting booking & project management. In her last position she worked for an Event-Promotion Agency supervising customer relations in various industries.

Torsten Lüdtke

Torsten Lüdtke has been responsible for our Finance concerns since December 2005. After his education at a tax accountancy office he worked as a Business Administration Manager. Later on he studied Business Administration at the University of Hamburg and also got a degree as a sports manager. At the Management Angels he consults clubs and non-profit organizations regarding accounting and controlling concerns.

Anja Amirmoini

Since the beginning of 2008 Anja Amirmoini supports the Management Angels as Team Assistant. Among other duties she is responsible for the complete office management. After she had completed her vocational training, she worked as Legal Assistant in an attorney's office. In her last position she worked for Fleming Dental as the Chief Executive Assistant.

Aileen Heuer
Aileen Heuer is working for Management Angels as a Junior Consultant since April 2010. She supports the company in the area of Management Resources. At the moment she is preparing for her degree dissertation in Business Administration focusing on Organizational Science and Entrepreneurship/Innovation Management. During her studies she had the possibility to gain experiences in the retail industry as well as in public relations and was responsible for different social projects.

Sarah Winkler
Sarah Winkler has been working with the Management Angels as assistant since July 2010, mainly in the area of management resources. She studied English and Media Management at the University of Koblenz-Landau where her main focus was on intercultural communication. During her studies she was also able to gain valuable pratical experience in the areas of application management, public realtions and campus marketing. At her last job Sarah Winkler supported the international strategy team of her university. Moreover, she spent a longer period of time in the UK, where she first worked as an Au Pair and later on in the tourism industry.

Jaana Schmitt
Jaana Schmitt is supporting the Management Angels since March 2010 and works mainly in the area of Management Resources. At her practical orientated Media Management studies at an University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg she specialized in the fields of Public Relations and Communication Management. Besides her studies she was employed at the Marketing and Productmanagement Department of Axel Springer AG. Before working with Mangement Angels she has gained experiences in agency and enterprise environments. In addition Jaana Schmitt had several long-term stays abroad in South Africa, Malawi and Mozambique where she was involved in different social projects.

Jochen Mayer

The Associated Partner Jochen Mayer is responsible for customer projects, majoring sales and marketing and customer retention.   He has experiences in building up Sales Programs and the commercialization of Customer Services in the field of B2B and B2C. He worked for Bertelsmann, Debis, Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young and Freelance.com. He studied economics and industrial psychology at the University of Mannheim and the University of Bielefeld.

Marina Seeger
Since April 2010 Marina Seeger is supporting the Management Angels as Assistant in the Frankfurt subsidiary. She graduated from the Baden-Württenberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim with a B.A. in Business Administration and focus on Service Sector Marketing. Her practical stages have been accomplished in different departments and subsidiaries of Randstad Germany. Afterwards Marina Seeger was employed in the role of a Key Account Manager at Randstad. Currently she is specializing in the areas of Marketing and Corporate Communication within her Master's Studies at the Mainz University of Applied Scienes.

Stephan Wienczowski

The Associated Partner Stephan Wienczowski is responsible for the office in Frankfurt am Main and is also active as a Interim in the field of Human Resources. He studied Economics and Management Science at the University of Munich and affords a lot of practical and international experiences due to his work  at Deutsche Bahn AG, Fraport, SIS and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Alan D. Horn

Alan Horn is the Chief Executive of The Interim Management Group, consisting of Albemarle Interim Management, Armadillo Executive Resourcing and Walker-Cox  and Management Angels in Germany. The Group is the UK’s largest provider of Interim Managers and undoubtedly one of Europe’s leading providers. Alan started his own interim management company in 1989 and sold it to Albemarle in 1994.  He then managed the sale of Albemarle to Select Appointments which then merged with Vedior NV, the Dutch staffing group.  In 2008 Vedior was subsequently purchased by Randstad NV in Amsterdam and Alan remains a shareholder in The Interim Management Group. Prior to his involvement in Interim Management, Alan has worked extensively in the manufacturing industry and as a Director of 3i, the Venture Capital Group.

Alexander Prinz zu Schleswig-Holstein

Alexander Prinz zu Schleswig-Holstein supports the team in its dynamic development as a counsel and mentor. The team profits from the expertise he gained during his over 20-years of experience in the field of Personnel Management and Consulting (e.g.  Henkel and Johnson & Johnson). He has been running his own HR consulting company Holstein Consult very successfully for many years now.

 

Prof. Dr. Jacques Reijniers

Prof. Dr. Ing. Jacques Reijniers supports the team as a counsel. He is the Managing Director of „Apollo Consultancy BV“ and „Jaques Reijniers Building Interim Management“. Furthermore he works as a professor for Purchasing Management at the Nyenrode Business Universiteit (NL) and as an executive professor at the University Antwerpen Management School (B). In the past he worked as an Interim Manager in the field of Purchssing and Logistics himself. He has got a degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA und a PhD in Business Administration. His expertise relies on 30 years of consulting experience. Prof. Dr. Reijniers is the author of the standard work: ‘Interim Management - a true profession'.
