Kai Reddig

Since March 2011 Kai Reddig is senior consultant in our Hamburg office. He manages the priority sectors industry, logistics and retail. He has studied economics at Hanover University with a focus on marketing and business management. Kai gained his first professional experience at a medium-sized company in the area of investment goods marketing (B2B) close to Braunschweig. In 1991 he joined the Otto Group in Hamburg. He worked as a manager for many years in various marketing and sales tasks there. In the year 2000 Kai Reddig moved into the logistics sector of the group and took over the responsibility and management of a logistics center. End of 2008 he switched to the area of HR management consulting where he focused on companies and executives in the areas of change management and Career Development.
