Elke Becker has been responsible for finance at Management Angels since February 2012 and has been granted power of attorney since 2015.

Elke Becker is responsible for bookkeeping, payroll accounting and controlling as well as the preparation of the annual financial statements. She has also specialised in the area of employee leasing and is available to the managers and the internal team as a sparring partner.

After completing further training in business administration in the hotel and catering industry at the Hotel Management School in Hamburg, she began her commercial career at the Sheraton Hotel Frankfurt, moving on to the Kempinski Hotel Airport Munich, Kempinski Hotel Atlantic Hamburg and then became controller at the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest.

Back in Germany, she was involved in the opening of what is now the Barclays Arena as Business Controller and most recently, after 2 years of parental leave, she was responsible for finance at ERP software manufacturer IBS Enterprise Germany.
