Mark von Hauenschild has been supporting clients from a wide range of industries from his Frankfurt office since 2012. The projects he supports usually deal with the topics of process optimisation, cost reduction, value enhancement and transformation, predominantly for companies from the SME sector.

For his work, he can draw on experience from numerous years in personnel consulting for interim management, but also from various own project assignments on bank projects. Prior to his professional activities, he studied international business administration in Bremen.

His focus as a contact person is on the industry, life sciences and private equity sectors and their portfolio companies.
