Claudia Ohran has been part of the company since 2019 and initially supported the marketing team as well as the maintenance and further development of the CRM data system. In April 2020, she took over the management of the contact management project. She has been working in the Salesforce system since last year, contributing her expertise to the Demand Generation and Contact Management team and implementing corresponding strategies.

After studying management and economics and training in publishing, she gained in-depth experience in sales and marketing, including several years at Red Box Verlag. She is also a certified coach for stress and burnout prevention. As a wife and mother of three children, she has also expanded her organisational and strategic skills by managing her everyday family life.
