Excellent advice right from the start
We look forward to receiving your project enquiry, which will be handled by a permanent contact person from our consultant team right from the start. Your consultant is available for an intensive exchange and the consulting service is free of charge for you until the conclusion of the contract. We usually assume that you will commission us exclusively for a limited period of time.
Needs analysis and project definition
In personal discussions with you and/or other stakeholders, we analyse the initial situation and jointly define your specific project. We support you in designing suitable profiles that are precisely tailored to the project definition.
Candidate selection
From our SkillPool with over 2,500 personally known top performers as well as profiles of more than 6,000 specialists and managers, we put together a bouquet of candidates or an entire team of experts for you at short notice. We attach great importance to our personal impressions of the candidates, joint project experience as well as meaningful and reliable references. Our offer usually includes three anonymised candidate profiles, with our recommendation for the top candidate. This is often done within 48 hours and with absolute discretion.
Placement process
We coordinate timely telephone or video conferences with the candidates or face-to-face interviews at your location, usually attended by our consultant. This process is based on the highest quality standards.
Onboarding and project support
After the selection of the suitable candidate(s), the onboarding starts, which is also accompanied by us. The consultants are available as sparring partners for you and the interim managers and take care of all organisational requirements relating to the project. At the same time, our finance team starts the commercial administration. We support and accompany you during the entire course of the project with our professional project monitoring. The consultant responsible for the project acts as an interface, is always on site, ensures project administration and project controlling.
Sustainable results
Ongoing project monitoring ensures the targeted implementation and successful completion of the interim mandate. With complex projects, the end point of a mandate is usually not exactly predictable. We therefore attach all the more importance to keeping large projects manageable and transparent by means of binding interim targets, agreed project deadlines and regular status discussions. Our declared goal is to put your organisation on its own feet as quickly as possible and to anchor the transfer of know-how in the company in order to achieve sustainable results. Even after the successful completion of the project, we maintain contact with you. Obtaining project feedback is an integral part of project completion for us and ensures the development of long-term relationships based on trust.
Contract design and billing
Our contracts are structured according to the requirements of the project, transparent and comprehensible. We conclude a service/consultancy contract with you as the client and a corresponding consultancy contract with the interim managers. Against the background of the diversity of our projects, very individual requirements in terms of liability or insurance issues, bogus self-employment and commercial aspects, we present all parties with tried and tested, tailor-made contracts, including employment agency contracts if desired. Invoicing takes place on a monthly basis, based on the timesheets provided and approved by the client. Framework contracts make these services particularly easy to call upon. The ongoing service ensures that interim management can be implemented for your company in a way that is as resource-friendly as possible.
